Hi, I'm Austin Greenfield, and I'm excited to begin my journey with Silverleaf Wealth Management.

My professional background includes experience in insurance, client relations, and business operations, where I have developed a strong foundation in relationship management, strategic communication, and problem-solving. I am passionate about building trust, creating meaningful connections, and helping others identify opportunities that support their long-term goals. Throughout my career, I have been recognized for my ability to lead through collaboration, take initiative, and contribute to positive outcomes for both individuals and teams.

One of my greatest passions is baseball, particularly coaching and mentoring young athletes. Coaching has provided me with valuable leadership experience, teaching me how to motivate others, build confidence, foster accountability, and bring people together around a common goal. It has reinforced my belief that strong leadership is rooted in service, integrity, consistency, and the ability to help others achieve their full potential.

Whether in athletics or business, I believe success is built through discipline, teamwork, resilience, and a commitment to continuous growth. I strive to lead by example, embrace challenges as opportunities, and create an environment where others can succeed and thrive.

When I'm not working or coaching, I enjoy staying active, following baseball, and spending time with family and friends. I am excited to be part of the Silverleaf Wealth Management team and look forward to building lasting relationships, contributing to the firm's continued success, and growing as a leader within the organization.
