Allison Trexler

Allison brings a strong background in financial services and a career foundation built on client care and service excellence. She joined Silverleaf Wealth Management in September 2025 and is committed to delivering an exceptional client experience with professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail.

Originally from Pennsylvania, Allison and her husband relocated to Texas in 2010, and then to Nebraska in 2024 when her husband, Don, accepted a professional opportunity.

Allison began her financial services career in 2020 with Retirement Planners of America in Plano, Texas, where she supported multiple advisors as part of a collaborative, client-focused team. Her introduction to RPOA was personal—her family were clients before she became part of the firm.

Before transitioning into the financial industry, Allison worked for seven years in a cancer recovery boutique, serving women following mastectomy surgery. That experience gave her a deep appreciation for empathy, discretion, and client-centered service—qualities that continue to guide her work today.

Allison earned her Associate Degree in Medical Secretarial Science from Lehigh Carbon Community College, building a strong foundation in client service and organizational support that continues to influence her professional approach.
