Ann began her financial services career in 2007 before becoming CEO and founder of Slate Wealth Management in 2019. In 2024 she joined Silverleaf Wealth Management where she continues to assist pre-retirees and retirees in planning their best life in retirement.
With her own life experiences in business, coaching, playing collegiate golf, and assisting her husband in managing the family farm, Ann is equipped to support her clients with their daily challenges. She is an advocate for education and coaching women on the role of family finance, assisting business owners in an effort toward building a profitable business and helping farmers work toward preserving their most valuable assets.
Leah Snyder
Joining Silverleaf Wealth Management in June 2025, Leah's knowledge of the financial field will grow while she provides superior service to clients in the Carroll, Iowa office. Before joining Silverleaf, Leah worked in healthcare for 17 years, with 12 of those years serving as a Health Information Services Manager & Privacy Officer. The experience she gained over the years allows for a smooth transition into the client services side of the financial field.
Outside of the office, you can find Leah attending all the different activities her two kids are involved in. Her family also enjoys spending time together camping and fishing.
